How to eat to study well

This article originally appeared in the December 21, 2018 edition of the student newspaper.

Food is a faithful evangelist for the body’s happiness. The body dislikes people who eat a lot of food haphazardly. The body can’t speak, but it creates signs of likes and dislikes. When the body doesn’t like something, it expresses it in every part of the body. It itches, it makes rashes, it makes scars last longer, it interferes with your memory, it distracts you from studying, and it makes you lose focus.

In adolescence, experiencing the full range of flavors is an exploration of a new world. Taste is not just about satisfying your stomach. Taste and appetite are two different things. Taste is about recognizing the use of the senses at once.

This is the essence of learning, awakening the senses that are latent in adolescence. When we eat, our nature kicks in. The habit of utilizing the five senses at this time leads to the improvement of potential. In gifted learning, the key to studying is to increase your happiness level. One of the best ways to improve concentration and memory when studying is to enjoy the flavors in their entirety.

Food is the body’s faithful evangelist. The body dislikes people who eat a lot of food, and even though it can’t speak, it creates signs of likes and dislikes. When the body doesn’t like something, it expresses it in every part of the body. It itches, it makes rashes, it makes scars last longer, it interferes with your memory, it distracts you from studying, and it makes you think about other things when you study.

Your body produces the most energy when you eat. This is because food causes blood to circulate to digest and nourish the body. People who take care of their health while studying also take care of their bodies wisely. They recognize the importance of physical tension and mental stress. When studying, the brain”s main activity is to concentrate and remember. The brain”s blood circulation is driven by the nutrition we receive from food, but it”s also driven by the emotions we experience when we enjoy flavors. If you feel tired, sleepy, or unable to concentrate when studying, it may be because your mind is scattered, but it may also be because your body is not feeling well. Unstable physical condition or too many thoughts can interfere with concentration, and you need to make efforts to stabilize your body and calm your mind.

Happy emotions in the mind are converted into kinetic energy that moves the body, but the food you eat also directly produces energy for activity. When you starve yourself for a meal and endure hunger, there is a war for energy between your organs to fulfill the lack of energy. If you create this suffering often enough, the body’s inner world gets angry and starts to create stress. On the other hand, when you eat too much, your body can’t consume the excess energy and creates an emergency. This leads to an excessive accumulation of energy, which in turn leads to obesity and distraction.

If you”re sick, it’s usually because you’re eating the wrong way. If you don’t pay attention to your eating habits, your organs will have to work harder to compensate for them, and they won’t function as well as they should. Studying hard is satisfying during the school years, but it also prepares you for your social life, and in the end, a healthy person has an advantage.

Skipping a meal is treating my body half-heartedly and hurting it in the long race of learning. A bowl of rice is a welcome gift that revitalizes my body. Rice is important for nutrition, but I want more satisfaction in the moment of eating. So my body wants me to enjoy it. Your body doesn’t like it when you eat because you want to do too well, or because you’re worried about not doing your homework. This is because you are taking energy away from your own body, so your body can’t do its job. In other words, you hate your body. The body judges itself more accurately than a computer program. It keeps track of everything that bothers you and upsets you, and it stores it in your body. This information remains in storage for the rest of your life.

There are flavors that your body likes, and there are flavors that your mind likes at the moment. If you habitually enjoy sweet tastes, you will become addicted to them, which will slow down the development of other flavors. When the body develops a preference for sweetness, the mind becomes preoccupied with it, leading to a prejudiced personality. Long-term addiction to sweetness also causes kidney problems. Each of our organs is connected to our personality, and kidney problems can reduce our courage as adults and cause our skin to darken. If you indulge your sweet tooth indefinitely because it feels good now, you’re setting yourself up for a trap in the future.

The Eton School, a prestigious British high school, has been around for 1,000 years and has produced 22 European laureates. When it comes to the most important and proudest thing about the school, the first thing that comes to mind is the table manners. This important way of eating has been passed down in Korea as head of the table education. You should learn how to eat when you are in school. This is why upper-class children in the United States are taught table manners in hotels from a young age. It’s good if this process takes place between the ages of 6 and 8, but it shouldn’t be taught until adolescence.

The importance of how you eat is most often argued by foodies. At the end of the day, eating etiquette leads to the joy of enjoying flavors. Therefore, we need to understand flavors and know their role. Head of the table education is about understanding flavors. Learning about flavors in adolescence reduces emotional conflicts. This is because they are free to experience their own emotions through the five senses.

Taste is a small part of our lives, but knowing its importance broadens the scope of our understanding of others. This is because the diversity of flavor experiences allows us to accept the diversity of others. Enjoying flavors is one of the smallest habits, which is why it’s so easy to slip into something narrow-minded and addictive. It”s difficult to teach yourself to fully enjoy the diversity of flavors. Enjoying flavors to the fullest is possible when you use all of your senses, which is the basis of gastronomy. And it”s very difficult to overeat when you”re fully enjoying flavors. Enjoying flavors requires a deepening of concentration, which leads to an awareness of the diversity of sensory responses, and the repetition of this process leads to a gradual increase in satisfaction.

Happiness begins when your body and mind like something at the same time. This happens when you laugh, and when you eat something delicious, your body and mind like it at the same time. Enjoying flavors takes effort. But it’s something we experience so often that we often take it lightly and ignore its value. The most important thing in life is to change the habits that are always going on for the better. Happiness is doubled when you realize that what you’re doing all the time is the most important thing to you. Eating deliciously is a happy event that happens three times a day. Noticing the process of enjoying flavors is a confirmation that your body is being touched, and it activates your emotional capacity. Learning is stored in memory through emotional understanding, and when you fully enjoy a flavor, your frontal lobe is activated and your emotions are engaged.

Students need to watch their eating habits carefully. If you complain about side dishes or fuss over your food, you’re not eating well. This is not what your body likes. You can only set your own standards for what is delicious, but just because other people like it doesn’t mean it’s delicious. You have your own standards of taste, and you are creating them one by one. If you develop a taste for sweets and fried foods from an early age, your personality will be molded in one direction. In other words, you can become stubborn. If you get high grades in your favorite subjects, but your grades plummet in the subjects you don’t like, you have a one-sided personality.

There are many types of food, but many students have a favorite flavor or two, such as sweet or savory. Of the body’s 10 abilities to perceive flavors, the eight unused abilities are very frustrating. This is because the body and mind want to experience more information and want to taste more types of food. The flavors your body likes flavors change with me. It changes from region to region, but it also changes with the weather. Your body wants to enjoy a wide variety of flavors, and when you give your body the full experience of flavors, your body produces joy hormones and sends them to your mind as a big thank you.

Eating deliciously requires a concentrated effort. Sustained concentration activates the frontal lobe, but it also boosts creativity. In gifted learning, happy concentration is the best way to store memories. That’s why we study best when our mind and body are happy at the same time. It”s hard to create this process on purpose without learning it. Even though adolescents are basically happy, the stress of studying causes conflicts to build up. These conflicts are released when you eat three times a day, and even more so when you enjoy the flavors.
