Find your own taste leading to emotional stability

Your personal taste preferences are based on what you’ve experienced in the past and what you remember about it. I prefer foods that I have experienced enough in the past and have a long memory of the taste. We often mistakenly assume that what we like is what others like. However, the unique food experiences we have had since childhood are not necessarily the same for everyone else. Everyone feels and experiences flavors differently.

Taste is often dictated or guided by those with power or authority, and we all experience it differently, especially parents who pass on their own tastes to their children, limiting the infinite realm of taste sensations.

What you like today may not be what you like tomorrow. The sensations that the tongue responds to are the ones that want to experience new areas of sensation.

The mouth contains more sensitive sensory cells than anywhere else in the body. This is why the mouth is the place that generates the most pleasure. The body wants to experience different things through flavors, and the positive feelings produced by flavors dilute the negative ones, causing a self-cleansing process. This is why we feel better after eating, or why old painful memories fade away. This is because the positive emotions that come from eating good food dissolve the negative ones.
