Stages of Universal Happiness

When you get satisfaction from flavors, you naturally feel good. This process of satisfaction can be divided into 15 stages. Inner happiness has a universal content. It’s hard to measure happiness, but we can get a sense of it through our state of mind and behavior. All around us, we see people who are in constant pursuit of happiness and others who already have it.

This process is categorized into stages and is related to the experience of eating. Experts have divided universal human happiness into stages of consciousness. Dr. David Hawkins divided consciousness into a scale from 1 to 5. to 1,000, and Ken Wilber proposed the Unified Theory of Consciousness, which divides consciousness into nine stages. Abraham Maslow explained the development of consciousness through his Hierarchy of Needs theory. Claire W. Graves proposed the Spiral Dynamics Theory, which divides consciousness into eight stages, and Robert Kegan proposed the Evolutionary Theory of Consciousness, which divides consciousness into five stages.

When we eat, our instincts kick in, leading to unconscious, reflexive behavior. Breakfast often evokes pleasant feelings because it’s a fresh start to the day, but lunch and dinner have different emotions depending on what you’re facing each day. The mind is influenced by the environment, and this is true even when enjoying food. By recognizing the stages of satisfaction while eating, you can observe your emotional response.

I believe that if you can increase your level of satisfaction, you will find more happiness. To increase your average level of latent happiness, you must first recognize your current stage, and only then can you pursue higher levels of happiness. People who enjoy food are constantly striving to increase their level of satisfaction.
